Frequently asked questions

We don't supply alcohol — you're welcome to bring whatever you'd like to serve. We provide the bar, setup, and everything needed to make it feel professional; you handle the drink selection so you get exactly what you want for your event.

For now, we don't offer bartending services — just the bar itself. Feel free to have whoever you'd like work behind it for your event.

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included at no extra charge within 20 miles of our service area. Events further out are still no problem — there's just an additional delivery fee based on distance. Reach out with your location and we'll give you an exact quote.

Yes — a $50 deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.

There's no strict minimum, but dates book up quickly — especially during peak grad party and wedding season in late spring and summer. We'd recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind to make sure it's still available.

Yes, our bars work great indoors or outdoors. Just let us know your setup location when booking so we can plan delivery accordingly.

Reach out as soon as possible if weather is a concern. We're happy to work with you on rescheduling or moving your setup to a covered or indoor space where possible.
